More card, more toy, I think not. Also, the "bios" look more like carbon copied sales pitches. I know, it's Transformers ad libs

As much as I don't care for Optimus, I will get him. If anything I'll keep him in vehicle mode and give his gun to WFC Optimus since it is designed to fit over his hand as if it had tranformed out from his arm (even though Hasbro apparently doesn't realize it was designed to do that).

The other 2 are no brainers, though I do with Jazz was a little more off white. He is too bright.

Dammit, that's not much of a bio. You'd think with the whole aligned thing Hasbro could have gave a more decent character description. Oh well, this seems action-packed and marketed towards kids. Even DOTM did not base their bios off their mechtech gimmick...

Yeah, these do look good. I love getting some cybertron mode bots. These are my top tier picks for characters I want, so nicely done there.

But yeah, while these feel a little small, especially prime and shockwave and the jets and ultra magnus, they'll be fun for a video game shelf. I can see leaving prime in vehicle mode as well... using the first game prime for that role.

Wish we could get a Bumblebee that looked like the first appearance on Cybertron... even legend size would be awesome.

The art on the cards is fantastic. I like that they use the character as the focal point of the card art.

Of course they can, but they also know he'll sell out well before anyone else and then they'll have a warehouse full of Primes.

Just good buisness sense to bundle them up when it's obvious two of the three are popular with fans.

I will be getting this Shockwave. I'm honestly not super impressed with it as I think they could have done much more with this character. However I feel this is the only representation we will get for the whole Generations/Universe/Reveal the sheild/Classics line so for that reason alone I will grab him.

Jazz and Prime will be passed on as I don't see them being replacements for the Reveal the shield Jazz and Classics Prime.

Good for them, bad for me and any other consumer who is just interested in shocks, very glad that some store has been able to sell shocks individually, and that is the store who is getting my business (just good consumer sense... and the stores which are not doing that can keep not just one or two but all three warming up their stocks...)

They look tiny on the cards. Did they look small to anyone who saw them at Botcon? Smaller than the War For figures, I mean.

They have Shockwave labeled as Cybertronian Mobile Artillery mode? That's random.

Anybody else lol when they saw Prime?

These kinda look like GI Joe cards.

They're smaller. While at the New York toy fair a guy from another site brought a WFC Megatron for comparison and he was larger than all of these guys.

According to comments from people at TFW who went to Botcon... yes, they are smaller, more like big scouts than small deluxes... which sucks! I would prefer to pay more to have them at scale if increasing production/distribution costs are the issue behind shrunken figures since DOTM (see, there is no mechtech there to be the "excuse" now... ¬_¬')

Yeah, I'd buy these all at a $15 price point for them to actually be a decent size.

Edit: Hold on, these are already at a $15 dollar price point!?! Yeah, not collecting this line at all now. What makes these $3 dollars more than the Prime figures?

Jazz and Shockwave are a must. But Prime and Ultra even they are an easy pass my experience tells me get them and wait for and upgrade from 3rd Party

Good point. Design wise, I think these may be the best cards we've ever had. The figure is HUGE and really pops off the page. Bravo Hasbro.

Bleh, Jazz looks so bland, but I will still buy him because he's a favorite. I also have a plan to do some part-swapping with Sideswipe now that I know they're based on the same mold.

I'm impressed with Shockwave but he doesn't fit in my collection due to scale. I'd kill to have him done in leader class.

LOL, sad no?
I also saw that, prices are going up while quality is becoming... sometimes... questinable... especially if you pay attention to some details beyond the overall aesthetics. I don't know if it is just me, but compared to older lines, since DOTM plastic of some figures doesn't feel quite the same (thinner?) and some voyagers are coming with ball joints for shoulders and hips. It's already not that easy to pay more for the same, but it's even harder to pay more for less...

I respect that, but I confess I don't get why package is so important for some fans '=P. I wouldn't care less and if HasTak had to save some costs, I would say "just sell me some of them loose"
