KNOCK OUT

Ok so I found Knock Out yesterday at a local TRU. Bought it immediately (I really like Knock Out), went back to work (during lunch you see), and couldn't wait to rip it open when I got home. Last night I finally opened him, transformed him, and was a little befuddled. First I think the instructions are wrong once it starts talking about the arms. I sat there dumbfounded and decided to skip the instructions and finish him off old-school style (I was a wiz at transforming Beast Wars figures w/o instructions when I was a kid). I finally figured it out (so I thought) and was a bit disappointed. It just looked a little puny or fragile. I almost thought that spending $16.00 bucks for this guy was a rip off. All this to say that I was a little regretful of my purchase thoughout the day today. Once I got home from work I grabbed it and fiddled with it some more and voila, I HAD TRANSFORMED HIM WRONG. Once finishing it CORRECTLY this time I sat back and was absolutely stunned by the difference it made. Now I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Knock Out for everyone (especially if you love the character). Just wanted to share a strange conundrum with a slightly controversial toy I had. Safe to say he's worth it and quite cool (if you can figure out his transformation)

I'm eagerly awaiting this figure. The Con forces need more members.
Can you show a pic recreating the mis-transformation?

The instructions really do have this figure looking awful if you follow them.

Looks much better properly transformed, and also makes it much sturdier.

In all actuality, the instructions are wrong when it comes to the transformation of the lower arms. I'll have to scan and upload that part.

Wow, that IS a huge difference. Still not as good looking as I'd hoped (he looks awesome on the show) but now I really hope I find one instead of just sorta hope.

I know Peaugh shows it off in his review, if anyone's looking for video help.

Peaugh shows it, MisterFanwank shows it (a little better). There are a few reviews floating about that illustrate the correct transformation. Knock Out is a figure worth picking up. Might not be the best in the line, but certainly fun to play with nonetheless.
