Can Arms Microns be held by Hasbro figures?

I'm thinking about ordering some Arms Microns, but I want to make sure my US Hasbro Prime/RiD figures can wield them, since they don't have the special ports that the Japanese AM figures have. Are they standard size (5mm?) so that other figures, maybe even Classics figs, can hold them?

Standard 5MM pegs, I'm sure. You can clip megatrons Fusion Cannon onto his typical fusion cannon port, wich is un-modified for the japanese release, so I'm pretty sure its standard 5MM pegs.

Standard is the key word here. All holes are 5mm. Just like the ones on the American versions. As are all the autobot fist holes. Decepticons for the most part don't have the ability to hold these due to their skinny fingers, and lank hands. so they must be plugged into the ports on their arms or elsewhere.
