It's one of the Transformers Collector's Club's subscription service figures. You need to be a member of the club, then subscribe to get 6 figures, one of which is ol' Breaky.

What he (or possibly she) said. They're also not telling us in what order they're being released in, so we won't know which is the one we're getting until the news reports start coming in.

Tahnks. I remember hearing about this program but didn't understand it. When is this program rolling out? Do you need to order all 6 figures to get this Breakdown?

No. THey have stated there will be a limited quantity that will be sold seperately at a higher price for the figure than he would be if you got him bundled with the others. However given how much in demand Breakdown is, I think you'll have to move fast when that happens, or risk paying scalper prices.

Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere, but is there any firm details on how the subscription service will work?

My reason for asking is that my membership is due for renewal early next month (June), and, to be honest, I was only going to renew when it suited ME, following having to get my credit card cancelled, etc during the whole FunPub breach episode....

The only one I really want is Scourge, tbh, and I can't see the value in shelling out $82 on an international membership, looking back on the whole saga.... :HEADHURTS:

The details as they explain it are as follows:

1) Starting at some point hopefully in the next couple of weeks they will open up the figure subscription signup service (or SSS), this SSS will be open for a few weeks so as (hopefully) allow people to get their finances in order before signing up. There will be the choice of a full payment right away, or 3 separate payments to again, reduce the wallet stress. No price has been announced.
2) Once signed up, you will be put onto a mailing list and receive a Transformer on a fairly regular basis. Honestly I can't remember if it's once a month or once every two months though the latter sounds more plausible. Due to The Club wanting to save on factory shipping costs, they'll probably ship two batches of figures to their offices, so expect a lengthy delay, then two figure arriving in close proximity to each other
3) They are not announcing which figures are shipping in which order, so keep your eyes on our news page unless you're the first to receive.

Again, if you only want 1 or 2 figures, wait for them to go on sale separately from the service. It'll cost you more than 1/6th of the subscription price, but it'll be cheaper than the whole subscription.

and it'll all cost about 3times the price if you're outside the US, and your items may never turn up.

The final details have not yet been released by Fun Pub. Even during BotCon panel, they were openly discussing the possibilities of how the subscription would work.

Thanks all, was wondering what the bottom line was, guess I'll wait it out and weigh the options once the details are made available....

Fingers crossed they have reasonable numbers for Scourge, after the last debacle, they better not screw THIS up!!!

I like to get them fast and mostly I'm interessted of Scourge and Breakdown. I hope they comes out more or less the same date as Over-Run and SG Drift, so I can take me free to be one of the first seat to get them.
