The official Transformers facebook page has shared official images of some of the figures that will be available at the gift shop for Universal Studios Hollywood's Transformers: The Ride 3D, including their exclusive figure Evac! We also get a look at the exclusive packaging. According to the facebook post these should be available this week! Images mirrored below.

These Transformers Deluxe Scale figures are available this week, exclusively at Universal Studios Hollywood, home of Transformers: The Ride 3D! Evac is a brand new figure, while Optimus Prime and Bumblebee sport exclusive packaging!

Kinda on the fence about Evac. His vehicle mode looks pretty good, and I sort of want him for the novelty. However, his bot mode seems to have a monster backpack and is just generally unappealing. I may get him...but pricing will surely affect my decision. I have relatives in Pasadena, but they never go to the theme parks.

Evac looks a lot like DOTM Deluxe Roadbuster.

Agree on the Roadbuster similarities.

And hey, ANOTHER Bumblebee! Now that's a surprise!

Universal Studios has no idea what they're getting into with those Bumblebee figures. If regular retailers can't move him at heavily discounted prices, there's no way in HELL they'll sell him at Universal for almost twice the price of a regular deluxe.

The prime deluxes go for about $22. I think the voyagers ran $40.

why are they selling figures you can buy for $5 at walmart, thought these were suppose to be "exclusives". And look at all that kibble on roadbuster i mean evac, you would think that they would've put a little more work into this.

Considering the stock images showing both Prime and Bumblebee are miss-transformed I suspect that Evacs back kibble may not be quite as bad as suggested; regardless it does look on the whole like a rather average movieverse figure.

A rather average movieverse figure that we poor chaps in the UK will likely never see(!) which for whatever reason suddenly want it! *whimper*

So, let me see if I understand correctly...

There are 3 figures mentioned in this article, 2 of which where so on the shelf warmer list that those shelves were on fire and they still couldn't sell those toys, and then there's the exclusive that just doesn't look that impressive...

I wouldn't buy any of these...
I wouldn't take them for free...
I wouldn't take money for these...
I would not burn these for a fee...

Well, I'm very much in the minority on this, which has never stopped me from being vocal in the past, but I totally want that Evac. I just picked up the Cyberverse version a few days ago and absolutely love it. It would be so cool to have the big version to display next to mini-Evac but they are out of their ever-loving minds asking $20+ for a deluxe figure that isn't even truly deluxe class anymore since they scaled down sizes and jacked up prices for DotM. This figure on e-bay is going to command an even more obscene price so there's no way in hell I'll ever get my hands on one.

Way to go Hasbro and Universal. Create an exclusive that almost no one wants and the few who do want can't get. Brilliant marketing strategy. Dumbasses!! :BANG_HEAD: #-o

that bumblebee looks like some cheap mcdonalds toy or something. i only have the original toy from the first movie and he looks infinitely better. i'll give this one credit with a more movie acurate face but that body...eeek!

Evac would be a good deluxe fig if his alt mode's entire roof wasn't hanging off his back.

The funny thing about DOTM deluxe Bee is that if you actually apply some paint apps on him, he'll look much better. Some German grey on his calves and feet, silver and bronze on his shins, silver on the forearm armor parts...and voila.

I painted up my DOTM Bee, and he looks worlds better.

You know, I think that *is* the DOTM BUmblebee mold...the only 'Bee mold I got from the line was Cyberfire Bumblebee (who I'm turning into movie Nightracer since it has red eyes and is mostly black) and that IS the mold they used.

Seeing as I am not going to Universal in California, there's gonna be even more for you to buy... Even if they do start giving them for free...
