i picked up lockdown a couple of weeks ago and hes a cool little figure but i dont see myself collecting a bunch of these guys. Might pick up the Prime with the trailer though i like how it resembles his G1 trailer. The alt modes reminds me of the old penny racers from back in the 80s & 90s, would be cool if these guys had a pull back gimmick like they did.

Out of curiosity, can Mainline/Cyberverse figures man the 'turret modes' of those launcher/trailer doohickeys?

I wasn't interested in Bot Shots at 1st, but I saw the recently released translucent green Megatron at the store and I liked the way it looked., so I bought him.

Well after a bit I realized that these are pretty cool toys, and a new twist on an old game ( Rock, Paper, Scissors). So I went after the other translucent Super Bots, and got them. Then I figured I needed a proper launcher, so I got the Megatron, and the Optimus ones.

Then I wanted the other translucent figure Acid Storm, and got that combo pack....So as you can see where this is going, I am hooked on these damn things.

I do enjoy them though... :APPLAUSE:

Didn't realize until I did this gallery that Megatron's trailer has a cannon that resembles G1 Megatron's arm cannon. Nice homage!

I love the little Nemesis Prime. The one thing I'm starting to not like about the BotShots is the tendency to release the same characters multiple times with very slight paint changes. For instance, this Bumblebee is just s slightly different shade of yellow than the single packaged one, and the launcher version of Optimus has some minor differences from the individual version as well. If they're going to do repaints of characters, I wish they would make the decos more of a change than just the colors being slightly different shades.

These remind me of the small Medabots figures that were released back at the turn of the century. So many different shades of yellow and gold Metabees
