Just a thought if the aesthetics of the three lines fit with each other?

Since we're talking of style and not the lines themselves, I'd say the WfC and FoC game designs adhere more to G1, despite them being part of the Aligned continuity along with Prime.
How everything actually fits together is subject to debate... a dangerous debate.

As JelZe stated, it's a matter of debate. I won't be displaying FOC Shockwave with my Prime figures, but if I wanna bring by Prime 'cons together with a Shockwave to do something diabolically brutal to the Autobot, I'd probably pull him off the shelf.
It's up to you, but I honestly believe they'd go a little bit better on your classics shelf (unless you have a WFC/FOC shelf).

If it helps any, I have the WfC designs listed as G1, like some comic artists seem to like to do.

As has been said, the game lines are very G1 esque in terms of design. That said, I don't think Shocky would look too put of place if you want to temporarily fill the slot until he properly shows up in TFPrime and they make a toy of him. (I seriously can't wait for him to show up in Prime)

I myself am grouping my FOC line with WFC, Generations, Classics.
As others have stated though they are your toys, and you should group them in whatever way makes sense to you.
Hey I am just glad we have so many new figures coming. Of course this means my wallet is going to be hurtin by the end of the year...
