If you are getting all of those, maybe. Ratchet is quite hard to find these days, and I would guess the lot woulf be worth ~ $150. If you have no real attachment to Megatron you may as well swap him out with things you will like. I ususually steer well clear of KOs but the CHMS Punch is the exception I allowed myself.

I would say bad deal personally. I wouldn't trade anything G1 with a box for a lot that has a KO involved.

Ratchet and Silverstreak are nice, but those are the only 2 decent figures from that lot mentioned.

I'm going to have to vote bad deal, personally. I mean, the classics Ratchet mold is alright, but oh GOD the panel lines. This is just me, but I really hate the classics Prowl mold. I don't pretend to know the actual market value of any of the items (except that Silverstreak goes for around 35~40, IIRC), but I feel like you're getting a raw deal for a pre-rubsign Megatron, with a box no less.

Seems like a bad deal to me. I know Ratchet goes for quite a bit, but once the 3rd party Ratchet/Ironhide figures roll around, the Classics version will probably decrease in value a lot.
