why did Amazon sell out so quickly? $60 bucks is such a good deal considering its below retail. but you do get free shipping with Amazon.

I think it's because at the time, no one knew that BBTS would be getting the G2 exclusive, so they panic-purchased. Also amazon is way more popular than BBTS.

Nice. Just snagged two. One to display and one to hold on to. I was PO'd when it was no longer available on Amazon. Now I can hunt for the regular one at stores at my leisure

Did the Amazon preorder go down and then go back up? I remember reading that it went down, but I got a preorder (I hope...) after that point. I almost want to preorder on BBTS just in case, but that would be a nightmare come November.

Just got my pre-order in! This is as of 2:08pm MDT. I'm glad, too, since I thought it was sold out at Amazon, and it'll be cheaper than buying all 5 Combaticons at retail. If retail was planning on doing them all in their traditional G1 colors then I'd hunt them down, but it seems as if that won't be happening.

On a related note, I was also able to order a Runamuck at TFCC. I'm a happy camper.
