FOC Jazz, a decent figure but not "jazz"

Ok I have to say that even though he has a small alt mode I am really pleased with the fig as a whole. Decent but simplistic quick transformation, great articulation an all around solid fig however...

I already have a Jazz for my classics collection (RTS Jazz)..

So now I was thinking, who could he become??
Right now he is my Wrecker Leadfoot (due to his smaller fast form)..

I was also thinking that this mold would not be bad for runamuck and runabout (for those of us that do not have the club ones) since they both are supposed to have really fast transformations.

Who would he be in your classics collection?

Honestly, he's just going to be my Cybertronian Jazz. Just as Shockwave is going to be my Cybertronian Shockwave (though technically he never took an Earth mode).

I'm not a huge Jazz fan myself though really (I don't own the RTS/United version and I likely never will) and I'm just getting the figure because I had to in order to get Shocky. I may repaint him a different color or something since I'm not a fan of white, but I'm not sure yet (haven't yet received it, it should be here tomorrow).

I never like this mold so haven't thought about buying him. But if ask me about using him for other classics character, how about Breakdown. I never thought about using Prime Breakdown as the classics Breakdown. You know, the size and alt mode is never right, but FOC Jazz could be the good choice since size and coloring is quite similar.

Runamuck and Runabout could be another good choice but recently I just made them from another mold (will post soon).

I could see him as Breakdown too.. If you look at his underside in alt mode there would be possibilities for add ons (if someone made them) to make him combine.. I will have to take a pix and post it to show where I would make the add on pieces connect.

He does have to stand in the shadow of RTS Jazz... Which can only hurt him, even if he IS a good figure. Also, G1 Jazz was very close to the animation model, a toy that (to me) is a 'true' Jazz. The RTS version emulates that (with knees, dammit) and the FOC version? He has to compete. Ouch.

I could see him as Classics Breakdown I guess, but definitely not WfC/FoC Breakdown (which I'm still really hoping Has/Tak makes along with Barricade).

And Prowl, have you seen his art? It's kind of amazing.

He wouldn't be in my Classics collection, he would be in my WFC/FOC/Prime collection, or on a Jazz shelf.

Wow, is it wrong that I just had to change my pants? That thing looks AWESOME!!!
