TFCC have tweeted a couple of images of their upcoming TFSS figure Scourge! The highly anticipated figure is a repaint of RtS G2 Optimus Prime. We get two images, a solo shot with him wielding his Sword of Fury, and a "evil family" shot with BotCon 2012 Exclusive Deluxe Shattered Glass Optimus Prime and BotCon 2012 Exclusive Shattered Glass Ultra Magnus.

I hope that's a mockup, and that they can better match the nice metallic teal blue we've seen in the past.

BUT that said, it does look amazing. Love it.

So wish I could afford this and Slipstream, but I can't justify paying the price for all of them and only wanting 2, nor can I justify paying the $200+ that the secondary market wants for them, oh well. Great looking fig regardless.

They won't get along.

Scary thought though: that mold's been used for a good guy twice (same character even), but three times for a bad guy, all unique!

It just pulls off the villain look so well.

Here's hoping you can pair up with some Beast Wars or Animated fan and split a set. Wish I could help, but I've collected all the eras represented.

Still have to say my favorites of the lot have been Slipstream, Scourge, and Breakdown. The others have been fun ideas, and nicely executed (like the new head sculpt on Jackpot), but just a little less excited about them.

I'm sure when they're each displayed with their respective sets I'll get a little more enthused.

Don't be afraid of the secondary market, if the market is charging high orices for the ones tou don't want, then sell the buggars. Even if you go less than market cost (aka, you try to charge reasonable prices) doubt any of them won't move, and you can recoup the cost, most of it, or enough to justify S & SS.

Here's the part Ilove, these are being built to order. There is nolimited quantity, unless tfcc shut the door on bbts, which i doubt. The fact of the matter is that we all are inadvertinatly forcing the market value much higher, and yet we all grouse about such things.

So, is MakeToys going to vac-metallize the Battle Tanker or will we have to buy some paint?

I'm sure they're looking into that as we speak. LOL.

I believe I have a connection to get my hands on this for a good price, so hopefully it works out.

My bet is CHMS will beat them to it. Just like Fansproject missed out on this oppurtunity:

Not even a chromed Maketoys Battle Tanker would persuade me to get this. Even in Scourge colours this mold isn't worth the asking price in my opinion. The colours themselves aren't even that impressive.

The mold already is G2 inspired. If you're thinking about the upcoming red-and-blue repaint, it's still the same guy.
