The pic you posted looks to be Brave Command Dagwon Power Dagwon.

As far as boxes go I would say boxes from G1, excusives, Botcon and things of that nature would have some sort of value. People looking to make their figure MIB.

Boxes have little to no value if empty (unless it's a G1 or Botcon. They usually go for a few bucks to a haul load, but don't get your hopes too high).

By Prime, do you mean PRiD? Those will get you less than a penny. Count on it. And what do you mean by "Transformers Rodimus?" That's not very specific.

That transforming robot looks like a KO to me. I have no idea what it is.

Might be a KO, as the Katakana seems to say, "Padafuguon." Similar sounding, but with enough of a difference to prevent a copyright lawsuit.

thank you both!!

StngAr I think you nailed it, i googled that name you mentioned and it came up as the same guy as I have.. NOW to determine his worth..

PrymeStriker: sorry, I have been out of the TF game for a minute.. heck OUTTA the whole internet thing for a long long time too..

Prime? Did I say Prime.. I meant Primus.. as in the EMPTY box for Primus, the planet dude. thats the good version of Unicron.. and the Packing for Rodimus just says Transformers.. no Transformers Generations, or Transformers FOC, nothing like that.. just Transformers and its looks like they just brought Hot Rod back and renamed him Rodimus..

again thank you for your time and input!

much appreciated!!

how can I get back up to speed on all things TF? Last I left off was on the cartoon where they were on a new planet and they were called HEADMASTERs.. something about the Nebulans? Nebulons? Cyrex or something?

but yeah school a brother..

thanks

Now I'm by no means a TF expert, but as far as I know, interest started to wane after the animated movie, and the series after that canceled not too long afterward.

I think the Japanese came up with their own TF anime after a while, featuring Headmaster, and Powermasters.

Most of what came after are reboots or re-imaginings: Armada, Cybertron, Galaxy Force (still kicking myself every time I think of that show for not buying Galaxy Convoy), Energon.

Beast Wars is the closest thing to a proper continuation to the G1 cannon, if I'm not mistaken. IIRC, it takes place centuries after the G1 era.

TF Animated is yet another reboot/re-imagining, made after Bay's LAM rekindled interest in the franchise.

TF Prime is arguably part of a loose continuity between the novel, WFC/FOC video games, and the Bay movies. That said, all four mediums can be treated as standalone franchises.

I hope I've managed to help more than confuse.

Actually, the Bay movies have no impact on the Aligned family aside from design models and possibly shared plots. Otherwise, the Bay movies are their own continuity.

Beast Wars is side story taking place between the G1 characters leaving Cybertron, and before awakening on Earth.

Not quite. The Beast Era came after G1, about 300 years later. However, the Maximals & Predacons were stuck in the past between the 4 billion years of Bot'n'Con stasis. If I'm not mistaken.

That's sort of what I meant. :D

The general plots don't contradict each other too much and loosely align when you chain them up together chronologically.

Exactly. The BW characters came from the future, but were brought back in time to the period during which the G1 characters were still in stasis. Arguably, it can be considered a continuation of G1, depending on how you look at it.
