Takara Tomy, Make US a Masterpiece Optimus Prime, I don't care if its too much kibble, or that its gonna be more plastic then diecast.. I want a Masterpiece Optimus Prime from the Movie NOW!!! Now!!! complete with Light up energon Axe that shoots out from the fore arm, Light up gun modification for his arm, and accurate realistic movie proportions and chrome!! Lots and Lots of chrome!!!! do you hear me!!!!! :grin:

sorry about my selfish rant.. I HAVE TO MAKE UP FOR THE BOTCON FIASCO!!! A Masterpiece movie Optimus Prime would help...

Heh Heh Heh Lunchables....Any Way The MP Line Really is for G1. And If They Did make One The Transformation Could be harder Then MP Megatron! And With Metal + Pointy Pices on optimus= Cuts on hands During Transformation.

Why would they make metal pieces?? thats just dumb..it would be Plastic..and so what if its harder to transform, thats what I'd be paying for, a Masterpiece rendition of optimus not a play toy, if you want easier transformation stick with the Leader class, this is transformers for the older guys who really want that super detail!!! Besides Masterpiece should be for all transformers lines and not just generation one!! I would love a Masterpiece of Optimus Primal or RID/Car Robots Prime...not that he needs any improvements though, his leader class figure was very well done...

Yeah a masterpiece movie line would be extremely awesome, but I don't see it happening soon. They'll want to push all the cheap crap first. MPs will come out when they've exhausted the movie line to a dying breath.

And regarding ultimate bumblebee, that seems more like a very large expensive gimmick toy than an MP type figure.

For now you might just wnat to get the robot replicas if you want an accurate robot mode.

And still I say NO!

Heck, the leader class Prime is awesome enough, and damn near MP size.

You want chrome, will get your paints out and damn well do it yourself.

that still leaves the blocky bot form and the less engineering, less detail and the less accuracy in shape..and or proportions...!!!

you stick with leader class, settle for less, while I will pay a little more and get an almost exact replica of the Movie bot, and it will be as tall as my MP Prime and transform!! don't like it tough!!!

I am totally disappointed in ultimate bumblebee!!! so no he is no where near as detailed as a masterpiece figure.. think of Perfect grade Gundam Models, only preassembled, a lot more sturdy and prepainted to specs!!

and an intior

Except for it WONT happen... Not this movie. If such a tf was being made, it would have been seen by now. And bare this in mind, MP SS and MP Megs are simpler than what this'd have to be, and they are pigs, who are (by tf standards) easy to break. An MP anything from the movie will be as MORE EXPENSIVE, MORE COMPLEX, AND FAR MORE FRAGILE than any existing TF, Macross, or other tfing modle to have come out. It is not doable, and it will not be done.

I beleive I said the same thing when you got your knickers in a twist about wanting an MP Bumbles, and I bleive the majority agreed with me then too.
