Hasbro Targetmaster 'Nightstick' 3 pack now available!

According to Tony @ Chimungmung.com, due for release this week will be a 3 pack of
Transformers Targetmasters produced by Hasbro.
Pre-orderes are available now with expected release being this Thursday 8th November.

With all the great stuff Hasbro ISN'T giving us (like Prime Breakdown), it's hard to get excited about this. It's like they're throwing crumbs our way to make up for the cake we aren't getting.

Actually, count me among the hugely excited about this. I've got the Takara MP Rodimus, and I've spent a good deal of time scouring eBay in the hopes I could just purchase the targetmaster figure to go with him. If "Offshoot" is getting his own release, I am on board!!!

PASS......
I'm already weary of getting 3 new molds followed by 25 repaints of old molds as it is, so now let's just deal with repaints of these guys now? Disney,if you are buying Hasbro,please take note of this....

Takara has done
far more redecos of these than Hasbro has, y'know.

Yeah, I'm probably unkowingly counting those too. I just wish for more new molds and less repaints.....

Further confirmation comes via Tony @ Chimungmung.com regarding the Targetmaster 3 pack.
Seems we are being offered 3 of the same Targetmaster 'Nightstick' which came with the Challenge at Cybertron set.
It would be nice to see a 3 pack of previously released figures rather than 3 of the same type, but as the photo shows, they look great as a mini-army!

Prime repaint and kitbash fodder
Of note is that although it's Nightstick, he's actually based on Fracas, Scourge's Targetmaster thanks to a model sheet mixup.

This screams Knockoff or Overstock from that Rodimus/Cyclonus 2 pack.
Chingmung toys are probably based in china, seeing the ammount of Knock Off items they have.
Notice how they say "No packing" too. Probably a CHMS equvilant. But it seems like a nicely priced way to get more targetmasters...

Sure seems like it. =_= I mean, what's the consumer base for something like this? Army builders and customizers and...who else? I mean, they're allegedly going to be the exact same deco, there are a choice few people who would be interested in this at all.

I would assume these are a factory find of some sort rather than a fully repackaged set of the same character so dont be too downhearted folk!
They will obviously appeal to some folk but not to others, but aint that always the way when someone posts up something new in these forums.
I wouldnt mind a few for those guys without any sort of real weapon. Heck, three of these guys with a few paint highlights here and there would look great!
