Ive never ordered of the store before. I know people swear by it, anyway im looking to order a factory sealed box with like 8 formers in it. Just i noticed that they cant guarentee the condition of the figures themselves, just thot id get peoples views on ordering from the site as i really aint looking to waste hard earned cash if something is wrecked.

They are just saying that defects, paints, and packaging, is all in Hasbro's hands.
They ship product to you as they received it, you don't have the chance to check paint apps, and double limbs like you do in the wild.

They inform you when you're looking at the item. If it's in standard condition your pretty safe, if however they do inform you that it is in substandard, that's a risk you're taking in regards to damaged corners etc.

I've recently received two factory sealed boxes through BBTS. Both boxes were sealed and in excellent condition, and the individual packages inside had no problems once I opened each box. The reason for the BBTS disclaimer is because they are simply the middleman in this process. They do not open the box upon receipt to check the contents inside. Therefore, they cannot know the actual condition of the contents even though the assumption is that the individual contents are near mint.

Knowing this, if you did have a problem with one of the figures, you're free to e-mail their customer support for further assistance. BBTS has always taken care of me when I've asked.

BBTS is an excellent place to work with. I would say if you are getting an unopened, factory sealed case, they are not going to know what it looks like inside because it's factory sealed
