what happened to the arm cannon? Why does it look like its on his hip?

I wish they would put a dollar bill next to the figure or something. I hate when I can't see scale.

looks great! doesn't quite look as detailed as the one already out but i will be picking this one up.

That's because it is on his hip, or at last to one side of it. It seems the leader class Brawl has a slightly different transformation. And the main gun turret ends up on his back, with the cannon to one side ala Armada Megs.

I think I like the Deluxe better.

This guy is the movie figure I'm looking forward to the most...

I might get this one when if it's re-issued with a proper head and hands in a different line.

Man, it would be so perfect if Starscream & Blackout got Leader Class versions too.

He's nice but not awesome enough for me to buy another Brawl. I'll just stick with my Deluxe.

I wish there was a leader Blackout too. I'm reluctant to buy the voyager one due to the bad bendable tabs ,and it's small size. Will there be any other leader version figures besides Optimus, Megatron ,and Brawl?

It probably isnt a prototype; those clear parts would be for the light-up parts that are coming with Leader class figures.

That looks pretty sweet! Hopefully it won't have any of the infamous "arm-malfunctioning" that I keep reading about for the current Brawl toy. Now if only they could make a bigger Blackout...

I think if we'd never seen the deluxe version we'd all be much more excited about this. Megatron is rubbish so leader brawl is a good replacement to take on prime. Hell, if he had a bucket head he'd make an excellent update to G2 Megatron.

Quick question: why Brawl? As far as I can tell (having not read any spoilers or anything), he probably makes about a 5 minute appearance before getting scrapped. He's not even in the trailers!

The only explanation I can think up of is that he plays some larger role than they're letting on, and keeping one big secret for the end. Other than that, there are far more worthy characters who would probably sell better as a leader.

Taht will be a Target ore Wall-mart exclusive!
