They have him on sale from $149, down to $102. Does anyone here have him? Is he worth the $102 price tag? Limited?

He is a limited release, but storywise he's far from an evil clone or Nemesis Prime. In fact, he's the darker aspect of Movie-verse Optimus Prime's personality given physical form. Given that Movie-verse Prime was pretty violent and merciless, same can be said for this dude, only without restraint.

I love how this exclusive figure has a proper backstory

Whilst it is a very nice looking figure, I can't justify the price they're asking for him. I'm not a subscriber to limited figures and the accompanying price tag just because somebody decided to milk the mold one more time.
