Any pictures of AM-29 Shockwave out the box yet ? Especially with comparison shots next to Hasbro FOC shockwave ? I want to see if the shades of purple are different before my card gets charged by BBTS...

Not digging Magnus there, he's too...baby blue. The hammer micron is alright, and that sword combo is completely insane. xD

I have to admit, I didn't think Leo Prime was going to turn out well, but he looks decent; still needs a new head though. Micron Moon is great though. :)

I like the blue eyes on AM UM and the Micron Hammer, but still prefer the Hasbro UM blue color and tampograph. Not a fan of the stickers unless it's the 80s TF G1/Reissue. Also, I think Hasbro gun/hammer with missile works well in vehicle mode better than AM-27. So, beside the Hammer, does he come with that add on sword or do you have to buy separate? Hopefully the robot hammer and the add on sword are sold separately as well. Wouldn't mind purchase that for my Hasbro UM.

As for Leo Prime, he does look better than Thundertron colors. Regardless of which version, not a fan of the face/head. I though it looks terrible.

Here's a blog post detailing AM Shockwave, complete with comparisons with Gen. Shockwave. Yes, the AM one is lighter, but the lighting is bad on some of the images.

Please post comparison shots soon of both UM figs soon! His AMW is much better as a war-hammer rather then a gun IMO. I know a lot of fans hate the application of decals in the AM series but for a G1 fan like me it gives me a dose of nostalgia when I get a new Arms Micron TF every time. I can't wait to get this guy! ;)^ :VEHI:

AM Magnus looks pretty great with stickers applied, but he got the short end of the stick when it comes to weapons (lol). I can happily stick with the Hasbro version.

I'm not a big Beast fan but Leo Prime looks pretty badass. The color scheme's a lot more dynamic than Thundertron's. ;)^

Ultra Magnus looks terrible. Hasbro won.

Leo Prime looks incredible. Takara won.

I'll admit the Micron does look better as a hammer than the Powerizer weapon, but it's still kind of puny. I'm not really a fan of that shade of blue plastic either. I'll be sticking to Hasbro's (just as soon as I find it. Managed to pick up Dreadwing from my local Argos yesterday so fingers crossed.) ;)

Leo Prime looks really good, but I'm not sure I like that mold in those colours enough to justify a purchase.

The blue hammer comes with the Takara Ultra Magnus. The gray sword and orange connector piece that attach to the hammer are the Arms micron partners of Wheeljack and Ironhide, respectively, and come with each of them.

I like how Takara went with a more G1-accurate bright blue on Magnus:
