Wheelie Transformation Question

Hi all,

Sometime ago, I came across a video of someone showing how to (mis)transform Wheelie so he'd stand a bit shorter; as his on screen character does.

Does anyone know where this youtube vid is? OR, how to do this? I believe it had something to do with not elongating his legs entirely, but I can't seem to manage it.

thanks in advance!

Ya lost me with that one, but I'm assuming he's talking about GDO Wheelie because either Peaugh, Baltmatrix, Optibotimus, or Mitch Santona showed off how to mistransform him to have shorter legs. I just don't remember who. xD

Just FYI, you should always answer threads if possible, even if theyre your own.

So post the url for anyone else who happens to search for the same thing. ;)

I assumed he was talking about Movie Wheelie!

I actually used this thread to help transform the feet on my RTS Jazz; he looks more G1 now because of it. Albeit more blocky and no articulation, but a good trade off for me to look like a G1 mold.

That's... kinda counter-intuitive, gbm. The intent was to look like the character, not the mold, and to be an updated version of the character with modern tech. Deliberately making him look more primitive is kinda... well, why didn't you just go ahead and get the G1 version?

Because it's small and lacks articulation? :P

I don't understand why people want to make his legs shorter. G1 Wheelie was just as tall as the other figures in his size class, and he had skinny legs. So why would you want him to be short and stocky?

Short version: Because this is the Jazz I own. I don't feel like buying another Jazz (G1) to stand next to the one I already have. Having said that, I like all things G1 better than any updated versions, so I wanted to make the only Jazz I had look more like the Jazz from G1.
