Dreadwing's feet

I've had a bit of trouble getting my voyager Dreadwing to stand. I just took a closer look at his feet and it looked like they were on the wrong legs. I figured it was just a fluke so I took it apart to switch them. I noticed what was supposed to be the left foot was labeled as the right and vice-versa, so this might be a widespread issue. If you've got a voyager Dreadwing check to see if the bottom of his feet are flush with the bottom of the legs.

I'll try and remember this for when I get mine, hopefully for Christmas.

Try the bottom of his feet.

From what Ive seen its a relatively common assembly issue. Mine had 2 right feet, others have had 2 left feet and others still had swapped feet.
Mine had 2 right feet and I ended up finding one with 2 left feet, took both Dreadwings apart and rematched the feet. Then I reassembled both, kept mine and returned the other back to ToysRUs with the proper feet. So whoever bought that one thinks theirs had no assembly error. lol

They're on the side, but you can't see it unless you take the leg apart.

I wouldn't have even noticed if I didn't see this thread, but mine does indeed have two left feet :O

My Dreadwing until a few minutes ago had his left foot on the right, and the right on the left. Thankfully he doesn't have two feet the same.

This is honestly a very minor mis-assembly, not nearly as bad as Classics Deluxe Megatron or Cybertron Ransack. I had to look at mine for a good minute before realizing his feet are in fact swapped. They don't affect his ability to stand and even two left or two right feet don't look off. Understandable the factory workers got confused.

I found my Dreadwing hard to stand unless he was totally upright and straight, otherwise he kept falling over all the time. Maybe because you have one foot thats correct helps with his balance.

I hate to bump this thread, but does anyone have a Dreadwing/Skyquake with two left feet in need of a right? I just picked up a Dreadwing that has two right feet. Please let me know if you'd like to swap, thank you!
