I just got Master Piece Megatron. He's so sweet! Very difficult to transform, but I managed and did pretty well.

I've heard people have problems with the fusion gun and I was wondering if I could get some help. I turned it on a few times wiggled the button a little and then it was done. It doesn't work anymore. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it thanks.

P.S. I did a search by the way and can't get anything on Megatron or anything else at all. Any help with that would be appreciated too.

Is the button still atached?
Maybe it's just the batteries that are off.

The button is still in place. It'd be great if it was just the batteries. I remember a post by the guy who runs this site saying that he broke it pretty easily while he was making the gallery. He warned to be careful, that's why I'm afraid that I broke it. I'll look for more feed back and then try the batteries.

Thanks!

OK I figured it out.

The first problem I encountered in tryingto get inside the Fusion Cannon was that I took out the two side screws; the Cannon did not come apart. So how does one overcome this problem? Well, I figured out that both ends of the Cannon/Scope, the eye piece and the scope slip right off the middle body of the scope. The middle body then comes apart quite easily and you are free to work on the inside.

Basically, the problem was that it shorted out due to the feed to the buttonwas touching the button. As I tested the light with the battery compartment out of its place it worked fine, better its original condition. But when I put it back in its compartment it would not work and I did this over and over. Again, like I said; the wires on the bottom of the battery compartment that feed the battery to the switch were too close to the switch once it rested in its proper place.

Megatron's fusion cannon is a pretty bright light, if yours seems a little dull you might want to try what I'm about to explain next.

All I did was put a piece of electric tape over the wires that connect to the bottom side of the battery compartment. Once I put everything back together it was better than new and working properly. That's all, I hope I can be of help to anyone who's had the same problem.

All I know is that if I ever get that figure, I'm ripping out that crappy push button and placing a slide switch in there instead. And maybe put in a royal blue luxeon LED....
