I saw these at a TRU 3 days ago, but didn't know it was news. Guess no one noticed as Toy Fair got going, and I should've said something.
Not interested personally, as I definitely want the Burns family figures if I bother collecting Rescue Bots at all. Wonder if they're a TRU exclusive, or something intended for dollar stores that TRU jumped on for some reason.

Action Master Rescue Bots?
Not exactly my cup of tea, but for 2.99 at least the price is right.

these are the only transformer figures that are priced correctly. At least they're smart enough not to put them next to the kreo guys.

Do these little guys have any articulation? Clearly they don't have elbow or knee joints, but it looks like they MIGHT be able to move at the shoulders and hips. Anyone know?

These look to be identical to the ones already out there with the Burns family (save for the packaging and lack of Burnses, that is). Anyone see any differences?

Head - swivel joint
Shoulders - universal joints
Wrists - swivel joints
Hips - single unit swinging joint (meaning both legs are one solid piece than move in sync with one another)
Six points of articulation.
