Buying rumble/ravage MP from US store or ebay?

Ok. So I'm pretty stoked about buying the upcoming release of the MP ravage/rumble. Don't care for the red color but no biggie. My question is should I buy it from a place like the big bad toy store or should I get online on eBay from an overseas buyer. Not even the online toy stores cannot guarantee the condition of the boxes so I am unsure if anyone has any experience buying from online tf stores. Any advice would be appreciated. Thx!!

If you don't have MP Soundwave and if you're willing to wait a little, Soundwave is set for a US release with all 5 of his minions, including Ravage and Rumble/Frenzy/The Red Guy. We don't know who will carry him tho, nor do we know the retail price.
Just so you know, I avoid EBay out of principle.

I have no problem with eBay, but in this case it's not necessary. If you must have them now, order them through BBTS or TFsource or RobotKingdom of someone like that. If you don't need them right now, wait for the US release.
If you're concerned about the quality of the boxes/packaging, I would recommend BBTS. In my experience, stuff arrives from them in better condition than the stuff on store shelves, and certainly better than anything you'll get on eBay. They're practically OCD with the way they pack stuff for shipment. And I don't even choose the "collector's grade" upgrade, or whatever they call it.

Unfortunately, among Japanese online stores, they're all sold out.

Does anyone know if only online stores will carry him or will Walmart have him? Also, someone said he will come with all 5 tapes? Is this true. Thought they were being sold in pairs and him and LB would come in a box. Any info?

TakaraTomy has MP Soundwave with Laserbeak, then the pairs Frenzy and Buzzsaw, and Rumble and Ravage. Hasbro will make all of them available in a single package for the US. We don't know what store, but expect Toys 'R Us, as always
