Customer Support for Takara

Need some advice on how to proceed here. Just received my AM-12 War Breakdown from an ebay transaction, new in box, and one of the damn chest panels is completely missing. Just not in the box. Emailed the seller, but I doubt they're going to be much help. How the hell does one go about contacting a company's customer support when their website is in Japanese...? Also, this is the second time this has happened to me (Prime Powerizer Megatron being the first culprit). Anyone else ever have this happen?

Your best bet is to get some kind of resolution from the seller. Ebay has the whole buyer protection thing. If Takara is anything like Hasbro, they wouldn't be able to replace just one little part. Hasbro would make you return the whole figure which they would replace with another figure of equal or lesser value and it might not even be the same one. No idea what Takara would do if anything.

Unfortunately, Takara does not do customer support for products sold outside of Japan.
What I've heard is that the only way to contact them for customer support is by phone, Japanese spoken only :(
