So Im interested in picking up an Encore Fort Max and was wondering a couple things about ordering one. First off, where would be the cheapest place to purchase it from? Ive seen BBTS has him for $329.99 and Robot Kingdom has him for 299. Has anyone seen him cheaper anywhere else? Also how much approximately should I expect to pay for shipping to the U.S., more specifically Delaware? Thanks for any help anyone can give. Ive never ordered from online stores before other than Transformerland and just need to know what Im getting into. I mean that is a lot of money.

I got the original one for £550 + £30 postage on EBay last year so I don't really need the encore although would be interested in seeing the difference between the two versions.

Shipping from BBTS is going to run you about $21.00. Shipping from RK to the U.S. is $110 and some change. Remember, RK ships from Hong Kong.

Try and stick with a domestic seller for an item that big.

There are a number of site sponsors here that people will recommend; BBTS, TF-Source and Toy Arena are all reputable dealers based in the USA and those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head...

Thanks that's just what I was looking for. I figured there would be a difference since one is domestic and one isn't but I did think it would be that much of a difference.

This is gonna be my single most expensive Transformers purchase and I wanna make sure to try and get it at the best price possible.

I believe Captured Prey had him the cheapest at 320, but alas the preorders are sold out there.
