After the Metroplex mold, who should be the next new mold Titan class figure?

With Hasbro releasing Generations Metroplex as a "Titan class" figure, if they were to make another character mold in this size class, who do you think it should be? (new mold, as in, no redeco/remold of the Metroplex figure)

For me, I have two suggestions.

1. G1 Scorponok - Like how G1 Soundwave was to G1 Blaster, Scorponok's original toy was about half the size of his rival Fortress Maximus. However, whereas Soundwave finally got to face his rival on equal height with his Masterpiece figure, Scorponok never got the same treatment. Him getting a Titan class figure would finally rectify that.

2. G1 Unicron - Just to get this out of the way, as it's an obvious choice and another chance to make a mold even more show-accurate towards his movie animation model. It could also fill in the shoes of a de facto "Masterpiece Unicron" (since an actual one seems unlikely).

The reason I don't say Trypticon is cause, nowadays, he seems to be more Omega Supreme's size, so he'd fit better as a Supreme class mold. But, I wouldn't mind him as a Titan.

I don't think there will be another for some time. But who really knows?

I'd like a Trypticon. Not a likely choice, but it would be awesome.

Well I really think metroplex needs his nemesis to be complete, so bring on trypticon!

 A Scorp or a Trypticon would be nice. Trypticon makes more sense Gameverse wise but Scorp has been getting a lot of attention in the comics lately. I'd be happy with either or.
I reckon a Fort Max retool would be more likely though.

I'd like it to be a Decepticon. It seems like, with a few exceptions, all the big toys seem to be going to the Autobots nowadays.

Trypticon would probably be the best counterpoint to Metroplex, but frankly, I foresee balance issues with a giant transforming dinosaur figure. Scorponok has some potential, but how about Overlord?

Metrotitan, Fortress Maximus, Omega Supreme, and Trypticon. In no particular order. As far as Scorponok goes, I'd be just fine with a proper repaint of the Cybertron figure.

I'd go for a Trypticon, in a nano-breem.

Thunderwing. Or maybe Primus? Followed by a new Unicron, respectfully. What about Combiners hmm? They got some practice with Bruticus, why not give us something along the lines of a Titan Predaking?

The thread title specified NEW MOLD, otherwise I would have made Metrotitan my first choice too. It's easy, and it gives us a giant Decepticon. Sadly, he's probably too obscure and too Decepticon for Hasbro to give us as a giant toy, even if it's just a giant redeco.

UGH :P . Seriously, considering the IDW push and the fact that he turns into a battle station, why is it that noone here has mentioned Overlord? Considering how iconic he is, considering we'd get a Powermaster finally showing up in the Generations line and that he's a cross between a triple changer and a duocon in the most awesome way possible, how could he not be right up there at the top of people's lists?

I'd prefer Scorponok or Overlord over Trypticon - mainly because I was disappointed by Trypt when he came out because his robot mode wasn't humanoid, and that disappointment stuck. I could deal with the cassette animals, but a large scale figure with no human robot mode was a big disappointment.

...I think you're the only one who wants that. I'm not sure I'd buy it as a Deluxe, let alone a Titan.

I specified three other characters as well. I really can't see us not getting Metrotitan from either Hasbro or Takara. The mold isn't going to pay for itself in one use. I only hope that the red would be more like the neon red used in the KO of G1 Metrotitan. It would really help to separate him from being in mostly Autobot colors.

...The other three characters weren't relevant to what I was saying.

I'd actually prefer a darker version of the Metrotitan color sceme rather than neon red. And hopefully a meaner-looking head retool. Something to separate him more from Metroplex and make him more evil-looking. Maybe some graffiti in city mode?

That said, as far as the mold paying for itself in one use? It depends on how many they sell, and how long they sell them for. Some molds, even giant ones, don't get reused... ROTF Devastator, for example.

Some molds, like ROTF Devastator, don't deserve to get reused :P

There are a few, but they are rare these days. HasTak designs most molds to get more than one use out of them. I would hope Metroplex is one of those molds but time will tell I suppose...

Deserving it has nothing to do with mold reuse. Otherwise none of the molds for ROTF skids and Mudflap would have been reused. :P

I'd like to see Scorponok. A giant headmaster is more interesting to me, although a self-loathing dinosaur isn't so bad either.

Assuming they don't just make a giant Bumblebee.
