Looks like a Seacon. Too bad it's just silly armor on a TF Prime toy.

I'd like this better if the color palette wasn't so garishly clashing with itself.

:-?
The Ebay seller has got LOADS of Beast hunters, Prime, Classics and more prototypes for sale or offer in his Ebay shop.
Pretty interesting stuff, always nice to see where a figure started its life, sort of.

Spotted this RTS Jazz proto - very nice, and comes with a second alt head too! :-?

Well, it is a prototype: the colors are always going to be wonky. For example:

I would really like these more if his shoulder pauldrons were correctly placed. And if we got to see him in his alternate mode. :BANG_HEAD:

I really do hope the final products looks better. Also,I'm sure I'm not the only one here but do you find it weird that the show Beast Hunters isn't incorporating the toy's designs into the show?

That's nothing new. That's Treadshot from the Shattered Glass universe.

Outside of Optimus I mean. And even then, that comparison is a bit loose due to those spike things on his cab/chest.

Okay then.

Megatron did seem a little damaged (albeit not like the Space Bridge Accident of '10) after he was flung into the core of Darkmount's fusion cannons in "Rebellion". So that can be used as an excuse to implement this toy's aquatic features.

It is most likely that the writers intend to add the line's signature spikiness into the show, but probably at a gradual pace. Also, it does cost money to create the renders.

There is not one Transformers toy that is right on the dot to the character they represent.

also they have Ultra magnus but no mention of the dinobots or other predacons, maybe they will introduce them at the end of the series

That's not armor. That is the actual toy mold. Only Smokescreen and Shockwave have removable armor.

That's literally nothing new. XD It's the same altmode, just with differently molded bits. EVERY version of Prime Megatron has a derped altmode; the concept itself is awful.

It's not bad, it's just...meh. It's like "I appreciate the homage, but I don't really care," more than anything. Particularly because this won't end up being in the show.

Am I the only one who thinks his chest looks too bulky with the Sharkticon head parts?

I like the head remold, but the chest looks like it's bulging so much it's gonna fall apart.

It's not the chest that bugs me. It's more the pauldrons. Those things are U-G-L-A-Y. >:oP

So... What would have been more intelligent is to make a little slot in the weapon so that you could place it over the arm-fin and it would look like the weapon has a dorsal fin.

Just saying.....

He's looking a little blue in the face there.

I like it, but not enough for me to buy and replace my current Prime Megatron like I did ROTF Optimus.
