The scale of current Deluxe Car bots

Hi everyone! I was just curious if anyone could tell me the overall scale that the current Deluxe Classics/Generations Car-bots correspond to (i.e 1:32 or 1:43?) I'm curious because I'm in the process of tracking down extra decals for customs, plus I willfully admit math was never a strong point

Kind thanks in advance!

There is no consistant scale. However, they tent to be in the low 30's. Some are 1/30, such as compact cars, while some are as high as 1/37 or so for larger cars.

There is no set scale for the cars because of factors like the limit of the robot size and how the robot parts all fit into the alt mode. I think it really just fluctuates in an area between 1:43 and 1:32. I'm a diecast car collector myself, so I guess that gives me a bit of credibility. The overall size of deluxes has also been consistently shrinking at a gradual rate, so the range of scale has only gotten wider since I got started in the Unicron Trilogy era. I hope this helps even though I can't give an exact answer.

By the way Rodimus, I haven't seen you on the forums in a long time. The last time I recall talking to you was maybe about three years ago. Nice to see you again! :D

Thanks for the additional info OptiMagnus! Much Appreciated! This will all be very helpful!

Yes, I've definitely been away for a while. Just needed a break from posting overall (I was burned out from getting into too many debates on Star Wars sites, lol). And thanks, good to see you as well!

On the other hand, since the Beast subline started, they appear to be getting larger again, approaching the Unicron Trilogy era in size - both for the Deluxes, and the Voyagers.

I haven't bought anything from Prime or the Beast Hunters line overall, so I guess I don't know everything.
But since you mentioned it, maybe I'll look into the new stuff. The Beast revival idea is kind of intriguing. I just gave up for a year because I thought I wasn't getting anything for the money.

Just be aware that the Beast subline cars that are the older ones retooled, like Wheeljack and Bumblebee, are only 'larger" by having additional plastic slapped on for spikes, and having larger weapons. By the same token, FOC Ultra Magnus, as shown in your sig, has everything FOC Prime has, plus a rather large sword. It appears the 'budget' for each size class has been increased, possibly by as much as 10-15%.

Ah okay. I was confused as to why Magnus had two accessories and Prime had one. Hopefully this means the anniversary and new movie lines will have overall larger figures.
