Hello there. For a change of pace (for me at least) I thought I'd get us all thinking ahead to something cool, namely, a toy to be based on the new Transformers TV show- that's right, the new Blackarachnia.
I think we should keep this one high on our (read Hasbro's) radar folks. I for one would love a show accurate mold made to place next to my lonely, and short, Silverbolt.
So, do you think she's gonna get a big re-design? If they're bothering to use her at all, then they must consider her somewhat iconic at this point.
It's my hope they stick with the good old black and gold version.
Do you think, since she’s in the show, we might eventually get a new Silverbolt as well?
Any thoughts?

I don't think Blackarachnia will be a beast, I hope she is but don't think so. PROVE ME WRONG HASBRO!

I *might* buy her if she came out in stores. Maybe Silverbolt too. Just to relive, if ever so futilely, the old days of Beast Wars when I was just in grade 4.

hmmmmmmmmmmm, ba is cool and there will be beasties in the new series if they have dinobots. They also said that she will be a very complected con, so maybe they'll have her switch sides again and keep her true to her bad girl with a heart image of yester year. At least i hope so, she was one of my fav beast wars characters-and yeah a bit of love in her life might be good for the show too, but maybe we'll have to wait til the next series for that to happen

She IS a beast in the new series and strongly resembles her Beast Wars self. They showed art for the show and mock ups of the figure at the Hasbro panel Sunday.

concocted reports suggest the toy is actually very nice indeed and not a repaint as many have suggested. i cannot wait to see the new toys and hopefully kick the tears from the eyes of fans who have been screaming into their playpen bottoms that the toys will be terrible, the evidence suggests as of now that the toys will be great even if not quite what we expect.
