Voyager Springer paint apps?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to get a small poll of how many people have messed up paint on the new Springer figure? The yellow paint on mine is pretty washed out below his shoulders. Even the green paint in some places is not opaque.

Also in car mode the sides of the front windshield don't peg in, and in helicopter mode the windshield does not peg in. Design flaw maybe or I just got a bad fig? I don't think I am transforming it wrong?

I just wanted to see how common these problems are, to see if I should try to get a new one?

I have to say I got in on the first shipment of the BBTS voyagers and both seem to have serious QC issues. It almost makes me wonder if it is best to wait so they work out the kinks on new releases???

My Springer has horrible paint apps. The worst is that he has no :BOT: where it should be. This is why figures shouldn't be painted by machines. :BANG_HEAD:

I have two Springers and the paint apps are ok, but I find the alt modes to be fiddly and have the same problems with the pegging in of the pieces.
I just picked up two Sandstorms and the paint apps are horrible. Missing paint apps on the head and the thigh's apps are light and splotchy.

I haven't noticed any problems with my Springer.

If they were hand-painted, they'd only be able to produce a small amount and they'd cost like $200 each. You want hand-painted TFs? Paint them yourself.

Or get it custom painted. Depending on what you ask for, you could pimp out that Springer fig for a reasonable price. Unless you yourself are pretty handy with paints, in which case the only cost would be a few drops of enamel/acrylic.

Ya I'm never going to custom paint anything. I tried once, it wasn't pretty. And also I meant it sarcastically. >:oP
