Takara Tomy has also announced a new campaign micron to be released through TV-Boy Magazine. This will be a translucent "Shining" redeco of the Optimus Prime Blaster capsule toy.

So that's what it is. Shining Optimus Prime Blaster, eh? Looks pretty close the "Matrix" Special Edition one that came out previously, minus that one's paint apps.

It looks like he has new crystal, that must be the lighting playing tricks. Blue and yellow make green after all.

Wow, it's both TV Magazine and TV Boy, August issue. It seems you'd need to submit a certain TF Ticket found in both magazines in order to obtain one.
