Not sure of these tiny things they stand about 1 inch tall,
I have had them for a great many years and not even sure what they are TF or Not.
someone here has a clue for me.
What are they and an appraisal of them would be nice.

They are either Diaclone - http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Diaclone - or Micro Change - http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Micro_Change

They were little human figures - think a very early form of Human Alliance - that came with the toys that would become Transformers, without the little human figures.

I'm sure they must be worth a fair bit by now

Ok with that info thanks to ReinaHW
I found this name Kronoform
and some more info from that name like this
JOINTED DIACLONE DRIVERS,
Takara Diakron Diaclone Microman Driver Pilot
A rare set of Diaclone Drivers that have feature poseable leg joints! These guys have been quietly circulating for years and are one of the best kept secrets of Diaclone collectors!

I could not find the exact colored one's I have but they are from the late 1970's to very early 1980's, so looking on ebay I found similar one's that sell for $25.00 to $39.00 and as high as $90.00 usd each,(remember there like 1 inch tall)
it seems the colors were to somewhat match the there larger counter part they came with.
Ok that's your TF history lesson of the day
thanks again to ReinaHW for the help

Those are indeed Diaclone Drivers, little figures that would pilot the Diaclone mechs including ones that would become Transformers. As you may have noticed, some early G1 figures have a cockpit for the little "Inchman" as they were called. Those include:

- 1984 and 1985 Autobot Cars, including Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus
- Dinobots
- Seekers
- Jumpstarters
- Powerdashers
- Insecticons

I wouldn't know how much they'd be worth, though.

The magnets in my Multiforce pilots are all inactive/dead. The ones in my Diaclone fig on the other hand still are magnetic

What they are has been answered - these are Diaclone pilots.

As for an appraisal, that's really tough. Diaclone is a very niche market, and if you have someone that just needs one of those particular drivers, it may be very worth it to them. On the other hand, those may be super common or may have come with a Multiforce 14 type of set that isn't very valuable or sought after. I don't personally know which pilots those are. I think if you can eke out which pilots they are, you'll have a better shot at knowing value. You may want to hit up the user Maz on these boards, he may have some insight (or maybe his blog would).

Iirc, the Multiforce pilots have a helmet like design. The mainline diaclone pilots had those ear phone like attachments.

There were at least two types of Diaclone pilots: the regular Inchman, and slightly larger figures for some specific sets, including Fortress X.
