MP-17 Masterpiece Prowl poseability issue?

of all the pictures ive seen of this character, none of them have his arm moving up, only bent at the elbow.... the arm parts look like they maybe fixed there. if this is the case he wont even be able to lift his hands above his head. please tell me im crazy or ive missed something, but i cant find any images yet.

His hand isn't above his head, but it looks like he won't have that much trouble getting it there.

I agree. The shoulder appears to be on a swivel. It would be silly if they designed it so it couldn't swivel 180.

yeah and lets not use hot rod as a sterling example of what they wont do.... hot rod has to look like a tard posing his arms
