Does anybody else have this problem? Scamper has 2 left thighs and Metroplex's chest light wasn't properly attached and is floating around loose inside the body. Otherwise, this set is perfect.

I haven't had that kind of problem. That really stinks though, you should really contact Hasbro and see if they can resolve the issue seeing as how you payed allot for him.

In truth, that's really not a bad idea and I thank you for the sound advice! However, I've tried with Hasbro customer service before. They are not at all interested in resolving things for the general customer, even if they pretend to be.

Even so, I think I will try to contact them about this. You are right. It was a lot of money!

yeah I haven't heard great things about replacing transformers parts, but I have known some people who were successful in getting a piece they were missing or getting a new figure because they had one plagued by QC issues. I wish you luck and hope your problems are resolved.

The story about getting single parts probably come from online stores like our sponsors. Go via Hasbro directly, and you'll probably end getting something other than the Metroplex, or even of lesser value as per standard protocol.

It had better be Darksteel, but knowing our luck, it's Mudflap.
