Target Predacons Rising Abominus

Got him yesterday. Target had other Predacons Rising figures, but this is the only one I wanted.
I love the translucent plastic. I have these color-changing LED lights from IKEA on the back of my TV, and when I put Abominus on top of one of the speakers next to the TV, the glow of the LEDs makes him look really cool.
As a gestalt, it's decent. The arms connect nice and tight, but the legs fall off pretty easily, particularly Blight. As with most combiners, you have to fiddle around with him to get him balanced, and then you have to step back and try not to breathe on it.
I like how the weapons combine to form a big double-bladed axe, but it seems like the only way Abominus can hold the axe is from the very end of the handle; he can't seem to grip it anywhere in the middle.
So overall, it's what you'd probably expect: the individual figures are cool with their new translucent colors, and the gestalt is decent but flawed.
For $25, it's worth it.
