Help Identifying a Transformer

Good Morning,

My Mother-in-law recently moved out of her house and it turned out to be a windfall for my G1 collection. I found a Gold Bug, a Scattershot, Windcharger, Optimus Prime, 7 Micro masters and this one transformer that I can not identify. I have been scouring the net and I am usually very good at figuring out who they are but I am stumped on this one.

It is marked 1987 Hasbro, 1987 Takara and Made in Taiwan.

It also has a pull back motor. I thought maybe powerdasher or something but no dice.

I have attached pictures of both Robot and Alt mode for this one.

Any help would be appreciated.

That would be G1 Sizzle, a Sparkabot. His "pull back engine" is actually a different gimmick: he'd shoot cold spark when you'd roll him along a smooth surface. The other two Sparkabots are called Fizzle and Guzzle, and their counterparts are the Firecons Flamefeather, Cindersaur and Sparkstalker.

Nevermind, it's Sizzle, a Sparkbot.

Not sure why I didn't think and that before. Sorry to waste people's time.

TFU.info has a good tool for ID'ing TFs: http://www.tfu.info/ID/index.htm

But I'm stumped on this one. It should be somewhere in this list of black cars: http://www.tfu.info/ID/blackcars.htm

Thank you! I am impressed you looked at it and knew right away. I am usually pretty good at identifying but this one had me going for a while.

Thanks again!

I also enjoy the challenge of trying to ID a figure, and trying to do it before JelZe.

Thank you GuyIncognito, I appreciate it.

I agree, it is a lot of fun to try and ID a bot. I have these other non-transformer toys that she had that I have no idea what they are. All of the markings are in Japanese and I have been searching for about 2 weeks for them. It's frustrating but fun and challenging.

If you want, you can post those here too. Our combined knowledge exceeds just Transformers, into the realms of major and minor competitors :)
