I've owned two TM Megatrons. Both broke at the waist after several transformations.
Years later, I managed to repair both as best I could using a very powerful Krazy Glue I had bought from Target.
But, alas, turns out the repairs weren't meant to last, as recent years had me attempting to (very carefully) transform one of my Megatrons for a display I was putting together, and it snapped at the waist once again just as it had all those years ago. Out of fear of re-breaking my other one too, I simply left him untransformed for the display and haven't touched it since.

Wrong toy.
Though, I have had breakage on that toy too. One of his wings broke after a few years of rough play. Tried to fix it with super glue, but the fix didn't last. Wound up having to buy a bootleg version of the figure and doing a parts-swap of the between the wings of the official toy and those of the knockoff to fix it. Though, even though the wings came from a bootleg, I think they look nice and a bit more show-accurate since the KO's wings are solid golden-orange instead of golden-yellow fading to non-show-accurate purple.
