Hey all, first time posting here.

My father has a few of these transformer looking toys but we cant find anything about the worth of them and he is wanting to sell them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in:

-Identifying the company who makes these (Y&K?)
-what they are worth
-and in what language is that on the back of the toys... I thought japanese since its made in Japan but when I search the japanese alphabet I cant match the characters.

Here are some pics

Thanks again

Ah, what you got there isn't a Transformer at all, but rather the Jumbo Machinder version of Daimos. This particular piece is made by Popy, before it was absorbed into the now more well-known Bandai.

Looking into it more, it's the imported Mattel version, which replaced several molded details with stickers and removes some gimmicks for Toy Safety Laws. Here's a little something that will help you out:

Jumbo Machinder Daimos on CollectionDX.
