Movie Wreckage Figure, Worth Buying?

Please, give honest, unbiased answers here.
I never gave him more than a passing glance because I just didn't feel the need to buy more than just the starring cast of figures.
...then I played the video game and fell in love with Swindle. I went right out and bought him. (Excellent figure btw...)
...then I saw that Wreckage was originally due to be in the movie, and was cut, and in a strange way, that makes him justifiable for me to purchase.
However, I look at him and I don't see any oomph to the figure, but I may be incorrect. Another reason I didn't buy him was I was trying to beat the completist attitude, and if I buy him...I'm just pushing that back to the forefront of my mind.
There'd even be a piece of me that would at least consider Arcee, but no. The more and more I see her, the less and less I want her. I'm just afraid the completist in me would say "Don't even transform her, but at least have her in the collection."
So...again I ask, before I spend the money...is Wreckage worth a purchase?
Thanks!

his shoulders don't lock in so when you move his arms his automoph chest can move out of place making him seem floppy.

You're a virtual cornucopia of information. Thank you!
Hmm...that chest thing is the kind of thing that bugs me usually.

I don't see what people mean.
As long as you're holding the chest when you move the arms, there's absolutely no problem.
He's so far been one of the best Deluxes of the line.

That is not the case with all figures. Mine do not flop around, nor do they mess with the automorph.
He looks cool, can pose the heck out of him, and he has a really nice transformation. Should you get him?
YES!!!

His head sculpt is one of my favorites of the non-movie figures. No cyclops eye, or "alien" styling. He kind of looks like G1 megatron, actually.
His blades are spring loaded. The can be stored inside of him in vehicle mode too for safe keeping. Love them translucent blades.

He stands up well, looks good, and he has humanoid hands rather than claws, or whatever. Also nice.

Go get him, bring him home, and then have your way with him!
Okay, maybe not the last part, but buy him, and bring him home. Good luck, and I hope you like him as much as I do.

Got him. Had 3 in stock.
Pros:
Nice detailing, although my Pigma pen will help panel line him, nicely.
Excellent poseability.
Weapons, ROCK.
You can tell he was definitely intended to be in the film when you compare him to the main cast, and then to Swindle. (I think BotCon showed a picture of him, ready for the movie, but they dropped him for some reason.)
Nice, solid vehicle mode, and it holds together quite firmly.
Cons:
I still don't like him all that well, just something "wow" isn't there for me. However, he is better than I initially expected, and worth enough of a purchase for the collection.
He kind of reminds me of Voyager Prime (in terms of body build (hands specifically), and poseablilty, etc.) and I don't like V. Prime, not one bit.
All in all, he's not the worst, he's not the best.
He may grow on me as time goes on, plus the fact that he was originally intended to be a movie player helps to seal the deal for me.
I give him 2.5-3.0 out of 5 stars. Completists will want this, casuals may not. You either love him or hate him. I don't hate him, but I don't love him either, so I'm in limbo really.

If you have the original Cybertron Hot Shot, do a search for Air Commander Starscream's part swap (I'm not sure it was replaced on the site after the big crash).
It makes both figures look all the better.

After reading
http://www.allspark.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=31898 thread (over at the ALLSpark), his cool factor went up another few points with me.
I now give him a 3.0-3.3 out of 5.

^ this plus the fact that he actually fits in with the movie figures confirms it for me. If I'm wrong, I'll admit it, but this is just too close a call for a coincidence.
