Here's another tidbit from TAG Hobby, our first Takara Tomy Transformers: Age of Extinction figure! According to the listing this will be a premium edition of Optimus Prime based on his new Transformers: Age of Extinction body. It's priced at 7500 Yen, which means it's most likely a fancy redeco of one of the new Leader Class figures. The image is obviously just a placeholder.

i just want takara to give us more DMK sets.. prime and bumblebee weren't enough. hopefully they continue with them for AOE.

Has anyone but me noticed that the silhouette of Optimus' robot and truck modes are both of the previous trilogy's modes? I wonder if this will be similar to the "Premium Series" Brawl that was released as part of the DOTM line, even though Brawl died in the first movie.

It's just a placeholder image. This will be a premium repaint using one of the new TF:AOE molds.
