Courtesy of Seibertron.com staff member Mindmaster, we've been pointed in the direction of YouTube reviewer optibotimus who has uploaded not one but two video reviews: Year of the Horse Platinum Edition Optimus Prime and Starscream! As we all know by now, these two are redecos of MP-10 Optimus Prime and Cybertron Supreme Starscream.

In addition, fellow fansite Cybertron.ca has reported that the two figures have started appearing in Canadian Toys'R'Us stores and online. Check out the embedded reviews below to make your mind up about them!

Very nice figure. I already posted links to video reviews, by Mitchsantona, of these guys two weeks ago, but it's always fun to hear another reviewers take on figures!

You did? Care for a link?

I checked to make sure we hadn't posted any before, but I clearly have missed that one.

I'm honestly excited for YOTH MP Optimus. And not just because it gives me an opportunity to swap the eyes of MP-10 :)

I just picked up Year of the Horse Platinum Edition Supreme Starscream (what a mouthful!) tonight at the TRU in Bloomington, MN. Beware anyone interested, for there is a design flaw with the hips. The red metallic paint on the blue plastic of the hips chips away VERY easily. I transformed Starscream ONCE and the damage was done. The clearance is not enough when collapsing the legs to form the jet mode for the plastic not to scrape over the top of the painted portions of the hips. This may not be a problem with every sample. Maybe some will have drier or more durable paint applications on the hips. I advise caution, nonetheless.
