Okay, So Back in 2003 I bought an armada unicron, but recently at my local flea market, I found a beat up (At first glimpse, identical) Unicron, When I got home with it and put it Up next to my Other Unicron... I noticed two things different
1. The ring around the chest-cannon that's usually Metallic isn't metallic on the one I just got, Just normal red decal/paint.
2. The Transparent missile launchers on the legs have some silver decal/paint on it while the other doesn't. Any help figuring out these differences would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you have some sort of variant, probably the version opposite of what you have (US vs. Japan). Armada Unicron has had 3 releases in original colors:

1. Armada
2. Japan Micron Legend (which has some differences like a lighter orange, more transparent plastic and different paint apps)
3. Universe (identical to the first Armada version)

The first Armada version also had two variants with the rings. The later version added tabs to secure them better in planet mode.
