That's not Ultra Magnus. Its a white and blue Optimus Prime.

G1 UM (the cab/robot portion, not including the trailer/armor, as represented by this figure) was a white and blue repaint of OP.

While I do love these, I agree, it would not be my UM unless it had the armor/blue attachements. He does fit with the normal G1 minus the blue attachements, but noooo......

My biggest beef with this LS Magnus, if they're gonna do him as a white Magnus, at least get his colors correct, red eyes, blue forehead, blue mouthplate, and all white:
