both cracked on one side of the leg panel where each pin is. on the blue area and not the other side. one cracked on the lower area on the blue area as well. crazy glued all three right now. won't mess with it anymore. :-(

by transforming it so many times after having him for six months. those leg panels still are flawed on the hasbro version as well. mp's can't be transformed like the regular transformer toys. :-(

It's the pressure of transforming it incorrectly, coupled with a bad design.

Instead of folding it from the end, where most people grab it so they have more leverage, it's better to move each piece independently and and go slow and take your time. Won't stress or break at that point.

It's the same issue as MP-03/Walscream's mold. The wing hinges are cracked and fractured on a great many of those figures. Hope they fixed it in MP-11's mold.

it's a design flaw and the plastic used there on those panels is cheap. i transformed him about 15 times around the 6 month span. i even lifted the arms and feet first before folding out the panels carefully. the best thing to do is never fold in and out the panels if anyone plans to transform him often. to be honest i'm not too sure about those side chest tabs and how much they'll hold in time. especially that those tabs is what locks each of those legs in place in cassette mode. they also look cheap. urgh :BANG_HEAD:

That's the key thing to remember. MP's aren't toys; they're display pieces. I transformed MP SW into alt form once, just to see it, and he's been in bot mode ever since.

I'm glad I just display my MP's on my shelf and don't fiddle with them. That's a bummer that they can be THAT fragile. Are the smaller Autobot car MP's any sturdier?

Don't know! I don't own one yet. Waiting for hasbro to release them. the one that i found the most durable is Tru Mp Grimlock. Followed by Tru Mp Optimus. Mp Sky warp Walmart exclusive, peg broke off the orange plastic above the cockpit. lucky it doesn't swing freely in robot mode. Tru Mp Soundwave crack around each pin x3 of the leg panels. Mp Megatron 1 broken hook tab on black plate , broken peg over the trigger. The worse was tru Mp Rodimus broken shoulder for trying to adjust it ,and the plastic cracking by trying to move his ankle up and down.

Where is he? All I see is a perfectly inconspicuous street lamp decorating the main road into Iacon. Pfft...next you're gonna tell me Clark Kent is really Superman, right? :P

Well the crazy glue worked out great. I folded those panels once today and it holds. Now it is nice and tight. I let it dry for four days. But I won't fold them panels anymore. Feel much better about it now. :D
