I need some help. It's been over 2 years since I got MP-10. Though I played with him well, I have never transformed him , not even once.

We all know there are QC issues when he was released, well I just discovered mine.In an online review of Optibotimus, he mentioned that his MP-10's tires broke apart, being made of rubber that is, so I checked his 4 tires on both his legs. It's covered by two panels unlike MP-01 so when I lifted up the panels to apply a little Armor On........holy cr@p!

Two wheels were warped. Warped as in the middle gap where the tire rims fit isn't molded properly. I don't think it was heat that warped it. More or less I got a bunch of cr@p tires that sneaked passed QC. (That's why rubber tires are both boon and bane for such "realism" we demand)

I've checked ebay and found no vendor selling replacement tires. Anyone here know of one?

Mine has the exact same problem, only worse as all six wheels have badly trimmed rubber. They just don't for the rims properly.

I am annoyed as hell and even thought about buying a second one only to be displayed in alt-mode with perfect wheels.

Other than that, mine also suffers with from a weak thumb (or index finger, can't remember) joint in his hands, so the fingers keep getting disattached even with minor tweaking.

And people dare to say this MP-10 is any better than MP-01... *sigh

And the frikin' K.O. won't do because from what I've read, it's slightly taller so the wheels won't serve as replacement parts.

Technically, this is my 2nd MP-10. I replaced the 1st one because he had two Right foot pads. Same problem with Ryan's figure in seibertron.com. Maybe I should have left good enough alone and not replaced him?

Doesn't the KO have rubber tyres you could just swap out?

The KO is slightly bigger so no go. But those tire from your link.........are the of the same scale?

To be honest I don't own the MP10 mould so I honestly couldn't say, however the principle should be the same.

All I did was type 'model kit tyres' into eBay and that was first thing that came up.

Or alternatively if you have a local hobby store near you then they may be the people to ask.

Not much help I know, but could be worth a shout.

I Hate rubber tires! So for those complaining about Lambor having plastic ones? Count your blessings.
