I really like the movie

The actions were amazing. But the only problem was my favourite character - Jazz took only a small part in the movie

Jazz was great, he has that gangsta talk and I totally love him. But he didn't talk much and was the only autobot who died, mega. only took 2 mins to finish him up

And I was like damn, he didn't look that weak

This is just my opinion, I think they should keep jazz to the end

I didn't like the movie at all.

I LOVED it! :)

Jazz was kind of annoying with his potty-mouth. Don't care much for the Pontiac Solstice car (they should have used the Saturn Sky instead. Much cooler roadster). He was an ugly grey color. Kind of small.

But you know, some dead Transformers have a way of coming back in some fashion, so we'll see in the sequel if he does make a miraculous return. :)

Eh... it's an opinion thread. Not too surprising, and they're within their rights not to like the movie, as long as they don't begrudge us for enjoying it.

There's no poll options setup? Anyway, loved it. Best Live Action Mecha film ever.

Just came back from seeing it couple hours ago. Got to say its been the best movie this year for me. Lots of action and was quite funny. Only problem with it was too much human interaction, but that was needed. Hopefully if they do a sequel it be less human development and more TF interaction and give the decepticons more than a few lines.

Anyhow, my take on the movie, in a nutshell...

For my money, it wasn't perfect. But when it clicked, like in the Autobots Arrive sequence, it clicked in a big way. There's room for improvement in the sequel, but it's a really fun film. It reminds me a lot of the first Pirates in that way.

Actually,I would say ,I want to love it instead I just simply like it. I like some of Bay's works but dislike some of his managing.

I love action scenes but hate the camera moving that made me dizzy and fall to catch the screen as I am not fimilar to playing game. I love the robots but there was not enough time.

Here is my major expection as my opinion is :
In Prequal, The important thing for me is there should be provide more of the background of robots (Autobots - Decepticons) relation scenes in allspark from the flashback scene when Prime shown to Sam. I disppointed that they just portrayed short screen with Megs stand over the hill then skip and cut, no more any robots-decepticons in that universe :-x .

Which I think these flashback scene have open the opportunity to put more details in it by let it shown what was going on in the Allspark before the robots move their ass to Earth.
Which this will be better to support and convey the emotion to linking to the scene when Prime refered "Brother" to Megatron and to the scene that Megs insult Starscream , to the scene that why BB have to talk via radio voices.

There was unbalancing screentime between autobots and decepticons example for Frenzy:I have no problem with him,I like him but he just have too over another decepticons screentime.

Beside I think the main problem with the robots conversation in this film cause also from the sound mix, miss- joining of voice direction in scene, voice director and some messy dialogue.

I didn't expect anything much when it turn to Hollywood filck but atleast they should keep the heart (Autobots - Decepticons) of it worth as it should be.

Originally Robots gangster story ,this was suit to made the voices collaborations than made it seperate as the single voice recording.

In general I reaaly enjoyed it, only few things would change, i.e. more talking between the TF, at least the Deceps...

I liked it, it's the first movie I'll be seeing at the cinema multiple times in many, many years.

But for everyone who's hoping for more TF character development in the sequel, I think you'll be disappointed. The reason they didn't get as much screen-time as they could/should have was that they were just so expensive and time consuming to render. Still, if the sequel's budget is larger, perhaps they will be in the movie more. Who knows!

I really wanted to love this movie, but I just didn't. There were plenty of good things about it, and they were the best giant robots on screen ever (even if I didn't like most of the designs). But even though they were the best robots ever- there wasn't enough of them! The only extended scene with the Autobots actually talking and acting was that over-long, not funny scene in the backyard. Was I the only person that wanted to yell "Go park in the street you stupid robots!" I'm sorry, I can hear it when there are humans in my neighbor's yard- let alone thirty foot tall robots.
Then most of the Decepticons didn't even show up until two hours in and they didn't even get to say anything except for a roll call, and then they go down like a bag of dirt. Blackout dies after after a GI JOE wannabe shoots ONE SHOT up his robotic you-know-what. (And I'm calling no Death Star references there.)
Then on top of all of it, they wasted the name Devastator. Even though all the toy packages said "Brawl". So even if we get Constructicons in the next movie, they can't call the gestalt by the right name.
Yes, I'd say I'm a grumpy.
But if you really could save a movie by how hot the girl is then Megan Fox would do the trick. She's almost frighteningly gorgeous.

I liked it, They got the spirit of the original cartoons, and really dialed up the action, so I got more than what I was expecting out of it, and was pleasantly surprised. And this is probably the 1st movie since The Phantom Menace that I've gone to see more than once in the theater.

I enjoyed it greatly. I'm going to see it a second time, buy the novelization and any Transformers stuff I find in the bookstore, and have me a grand old time.
