If Grimlock is in it, may he die a death more horrible, painful, and quicker than Jazz.

I could stomach Grimlock if:
1. He wasn't anything related to a dinosaur (or any animal for that matter); and
2. He isn't mentally challenged like he is in G1.

So basically I'm down as long as the only thing in common movie Grimlock and G1 Grimlock have is their name.

Though it would be funny if Grimlock landed inside of a monster truck arena and scanned the dinosaur robot that "eats" cars.

Sure, i'm not a fan of the character but I could happily ignore him if every second thread in this forum wasn't "*SPOOGE* WE *SPOOGE* WANT *SPOOGE* GRIMLOCK *SPOOGE* IN *SPOOGE* THE *SPOOGE* SEQUEL *SPOOGE*"

Frankly, bring in Ultra Magnus with an attitude that opposes Prime.

I think the Dinos could work, but it would take a lot of work to make it click. I feel like, to some degree, the first movie is spent making the general audience believe in these giant transforming robots. If the Dinobots come in for Part Two, you're going to spend a whole movie making people believe in giant, firebreathing mechanical dinosaurs.

That and, as much as I like the Dinobot toys, I'm not sure they'd provide really solid characters to build a movie around. They're cool looking, but how good were their characters? And I just think it would be weird to see Grimlock without the rest of them. Plus, I wouldn't want to see Prime challenged so early on. Grimlock might fit better for a third movie.

On the other hand, Shockwave could make a real interesting addition, if you keep him closer to the comics incarnation.

Though, if you want to have a real strong Decepticon storyline, and get to see more of the 'Cons, here's a natural choice to add to their ranks: Skyfire. Even if you did the side change storyline in one movie, by its very nature you'd end up seeing more of the 'Cons.

But Grimlock could do that so much better then Magnus! I don't really want Grimlock to have a voice impedament. Or if they do, do it like War Within Grimlock and have him be really smart, just can't talk right.

Ultra Magnus needs some love and it's time he stepped out of the shadow that is Optimus Prime, because dammit, he's had 20 years, it's time he demonstrated that he CAN handle things now!

Grimlock wouldn't be horrible. He'd be more of a BEASTWARS type bot though when you consider the scanning process that they do. Going into a museum and scanning a fake Dino? Nah, that sounds stupid.

But the comic Grimlock is badass. WAR WITHIN Grimlock rules man.

peronaly id like like to see brawl put back together and they bring in the other combaticons. how awesome would bruticus look in the movies

I want to see Arcee, Hotrod, and Blur in part 2. I think the sequal is going to add more Transformers in it. Is it just me or am i the only one who thinks that if Arcee is in part 2 she is going to end up as Mikalas car. That would be pretty cool.

Grimlock would be a good choice with the WW character, and with an alt. mode similar to that alt. Maybe a rocket launcher tank?

Shockwave- that would be interesting, but I don't wish him dead too early (and lately, decepticons die surprisingly easily...)

Skyfire- he is an interesting idea, as part or head of the seeker squad that may return with Starscream. May change sides cause of a bigger threat (Unikron )

I just can hope that Hot Rod won't be in the second movie. I really don't like that character.
Arcee would be a good choice, but she's already made as a motorbike, and she'd be cool, as a counterpart of Bumblebee.


I think we will definitely see Prowl and Wheeljack in the sequel.
