uhhh... if the allspark was so lethalas in it touched megatron and killed him. how were the autobot transformers gonna take it back home.. hell how were they gonna get back to cybertron. none of them could fly. and if they scanned a space shuttle wouldn't the all spark have to be carried inside one of them hence blowing up that transformer ?

Geeze you guys are dumb!

The allspark CREATES life. But when thrown into the SPARK (heart) of a transformer it overloads them & kaboom...

Touching it does nothing, in fact it even repairs Bumbles.
The 'bot's weren't trying to destroy the allspark, merely stop the 'con 's using it for evil.

Did you actually read any of the material released before the movie?!

Prime needed the Allspark to take back to Cybertron to keep their planet from dying. Megatron wanted it to build an army of TFs. But if the worst comes to worse, in order keep the Allspark from falling into Megatron's hands, Prime would have to destoy it, using himself as a sacrifice. Sam found an opportunity to use it against Megatron instead, saving Prime's life. At least that's my take on it...

I still think Megatron and the Allspark are going to play a part in the second movie.

Destroying it was a last resort.

You only need to have read stuff on the forum, you don't need to read the comics or the book, in fact the comic doesn't give anything away about the Allspark.

Allspark touched megaton's chest, not his spark or even his internal parts. I'm assuming now that the allspark is like magnet in reverse. when it's to close to a transformers core it'll kill em? Cause megatron got touched bythe all-spark and it killedem.
the autobots wanted the all-sparkto re-ignite the energy of cybertron.
But how were the autobots gonna get it back home ? i'm assumed if the allspark was carried inside one of them it would burn em out.
of is the All-spark something of a plot hole. Where it can Up-grade u maybe as well as kill u; all on a writers whim? Like the theory that megatron will come back as Galvatron? or maybe even in part 2 Optimus prime gets an upgrade like maybe with a trailer that merges with him to make him even bigger or it transforms and gives him a drone like sidekick?

no it didn't. he had the radio voice after he transformed the allspark small.
and further more, after bb got his legs shot off, sam had the allspark next to him and bb, and they didn't "think" about repairing him quickly, just have it turn into a long drawn out "I WON'T LEAVE YOU!! WAHHHH".
it only took seconds to rebuild frenzy.

folks are assuming that after bbb touched the all apark(when it mass shifted) it fixed his voicebox. maybe he didn't know he could talk till later. One of those deleted scene moments maybe ?
