alternate modes for shockwave and soundwave?

i was thinking about some alternate modes, for soundwave and shockwave, mainly cause i wanna draw them
shockwave: i was think mabe some pimped up purple van
soundwave: maybe a b2 spirit bomber
anyway id love to here some others, personally i think there could be some better than mione, any ideas? other characters and good alternate modes, be realistic here

Seeing as Shockwave is one of the few original characters that kept his Cybertronian form, I can't see a purple van doing him justice.
And Decepticons as vehicles just never seemed right anyway.
Soundwave is another hard one. Given his functionality as a Decepticon and "Frenzy" already being the retarded radio robot in the first flick, he'd have to be some form of portable/mobile communications system.
Like the ones I work on in the Marines.

Shockwave was in the video game and his Alt mode was handed down from God himself: sheer brilliance.

A ground mounted cannon. Very nice design.

Shockwave was a Triple Changer in the game. He also had a helicopter mode.

I haven't read "The War Within", but I remembered in the cartoon that his Cybertronian alt mode was a lamp post...

That might have been a disguise for he occasion. After all, it wasn't much of a transformation.
Shockwave as a ground-mounted cannon or small tank would be pure genius.
Soundwave would do great as a government communications van in my opinion.

i dont see soundwave getting an earth alt mode at all, i picture soundwave in this series of movies to be really stealth like and a behind the scenes type character.

Shockwave turns into a Galvatron like cannon and a AH-64 Apache, he wont be purple in the movie though

How about Soundwave Alt Mode becomes US Air Force UAV Predator and Shockwave's Alt Mode would be US Army Avenger

What about Soundwave being the stealth plane that was shown at the beginning of the movie. He was this alt. mode in Cybertron. I thought it was awesome!

I just had an awesome idea.... have LAZERBEAK being the UAV Predator and Soundwave being the communication truck design already posted here. Generally those UAVs would be linked to those trucks anyways for controlling them.

I like Soundwave as the truck above. I remember seeing the design with Ravage as the spare tire and Lazerbeak could be a predator...I never cared for Shockwave, I think he should get killed along with Wheelie from all canon..lol
I wish I would have stayed with sketching and all that stuff, some of these fan designs are awesome. Anyone have some Sunstreaker or Sideswipe designs, they should definetly be in the next movie , I mean wiht Bay's liking for exotic cars anyway...
