Guys you do know that isn't actually a vehicle that's part of the movie right?

Interesting, it looks kinda cool - although considering the grill is missing I don’t think it’s 100% complete.

I wonder which we’ll get a figure of first; the normal Camaro or Offroad version.

Good news, that image turned out not to be the Bumblebee we'll see in the film. The chassis will not be as severed from the rest of the car. So the offroad aspect will be more integrated.

And, like Zerowolf said, pretty sure Bumblebee doesn't need to scan a car to get the offroad specifics. There is 0 logic to these films, after seeing what Bumblebee could now magically do in TLK (taking apart his pieces and coming back together no problem) having some of his features morph to suit his environment seems like a non issue.

I was going to post this sooner, but... Technical issues. :BOOM:

YouTube decided that I should check it out. And the poster linked it to a TFW leak. So lets just say that the footage has caught my interest. :-?

Images of the "Maximal Cave" Being Built for Transformers Rise of the Beasts

Filming has been underway in Montreal for a while. A lot of it is taking place inside the studio buildings but the driving scenes are taking place outdoors and it seems so will part of the scenes dealing with the Maximals. We have new shots of a cave being built for the production of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. While we cannot verify ourselves, it was said that this cave was referred to as the "Maximal Cave" on set. This is in line with all the plot details we know of the film so far where the Autobots and Noah will have to find a mcguffin that leads them to a cave where the Maximals have been staying/protecting for many years here on earth. We also have images of a Transformer lying on the ground elsewhere in the Montreal area for a different scene. While the character will be added later, for now we have a bunch of metal painted blue marking where it will. The location definitely gives some junkyard vibes.

The images were posted on the Transformers FR website and Facebook page.

It would be so cool if the Maximal base was actually a beached Orcanoch!

haha, I know there's no way it could be Orcanoch, TulioDude -- but that shape in pic 4, 5 and 6 made me think of it instantly. To be honest, I didn't even know the BW Microverse sets even existed before last year -- and immediately had to have one. ;)

Wow, there's a newsflash.

From artwork and a teaser it will still take a year to 1,5 years and they have only a title.
So it's going to be a lot of time before we can see TF on the big screen.

I do have some hope since Bay isn't directing and Kurzman isn't writing (he's killing franchises left, right and center at the moment).

But I can't wait for a trailer in the future :)

Kurtzman hasn't been involved with any of these movies since Revenge of the Fallen, four movies ago.

Might mean Lorenzo, since their the only one fans are really having a problem with at the moment.

Edit: then again Lorenzo doesn't write so ignore this, further more I misread franchises as "the franchise" so ignore this comment in general sorry.

Terrorcon Vehicles with Scourge have arrived in Peru for Transformers 7 Shooting

Cybertron 21 has posted shots of vehicles for the Transformers Rise of the Beasts film arriving in Peru. Shooting is still happening in Montreal for now but it will quickly make its way to Peru and everything must be ready. The vehicles pictured seem to be part of the Terrorcon group. This group is headed by Scourge and it seems the black truck is his alt mode, as suspected by those who saw the initial art when the film was first revealed to journalists.
This might mean that while a chunk of the film's plot takes place in Brooklyn, clashes with Scourge (at least in alt mode) won't happen until the Autobots arrive in Peru. This is all just speculation though.

The Terracons just might be the saving grace of this movie for me. So far what I have heard just doesn't seem good but the Terracons are sounding great. I can not wait to get SS (or its own advanced toy line) figures of the Terracons. I wonder if they will retool DotM Megatron to make Scourge?

Assuming that the black truck is Scourge, he is a beast in vehicle mode. Armored cab windows? Hell yeah!

Looks a little bit like a mix of DOTM Megatron and Mad Max

I wonder if this Scourge will be some kind of "Nemesis Prime", or will he have a unique body and face? :-?

Back when certain fans were invited to the filming site, Ben Yee described Scourge's robot mode as resembling a cross between Cybertron Scourge and Prime Predaking, but also with smokestacks.

So, will he be a triple-changer? Truck->Bot->Dragon?
If it is, this would be EPIC! Especially if they manage to successfully recreate him in toy form. Most likely as a Studio Series leader. 8-)

Unless it's just a dragon-like robot mode.

Or maybe... This just hit me! Maybe me has no true robot mode. Maybe he's literally a truck-to-dragon vehicle-to-beast former, with his dragon mode being his animalistic robot mode, kinda like Sky Lynx only without splitting in half (so like CW Sky Lynx without a torso mode).

Maybe that's what separates the Terrorcons from the Predacons. Instead of beast-to-robots, maybe they're all vehicle-to-beasts.
